Meet Kate Summers

Kate Northrup Summers Is a 8th generation Texan who graduated from the University Texas San Antonio. She has been a full time Realtor since 2006. Kate married her high school sweetheart Quince and worked alongside him to manage the family ranch for 22 years, overseeing hunting, guest lodge, rentals, cattle and a horse breeding operations while selling real estate. They have twin girls Lauren and Brook who are raised loving the outdoors and Texas rivers and attend Boerne High School. 

Kate is an avid remodeler and over the years she has developed relationships with painters, inspectors, designers, plumbers, hvac, electricians, service providers and home contractors to make your life easier. She has a background in photography and manages all the marketing, staging, and client relations. Kate has always enjoyed volunteering since Fabra days for 4H, PTO, and school functions, Go Hounds! In her spare time she loves swimming, gardening, hiking and cooking with her family. Kates love and knowledge of the Hill Country and her compassion for her clients success is forefront in every transaction.
